Payments are managed by Stripe. All prices include VAT. Prices may be modified with 30 days' email notice.

Your documents: You retain all rights to the contracts you upload. We claim no rights to your documents.
The service: ContractCheck, its code, design and analyses are the exclusive property of the publisher and are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.
The ContractCheck service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to: no warranty of quality, reliability, accuracy of information, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability.
The publisher CANNOT under any circumstances be held liable for:
The publisher's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months, with a maximum cap of 100 euros, all causes combined.
By the user: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal accessible in your account area.
By ContractCheck: In case of breach of these Terms, the publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete the user account without notice or refund.
The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of significant changes with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, users may use a free mediation service via the platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts (Paris Court).
